About Us

At Saffluna, we believe the night was never meant to be endured. It was meant to be golden.

Saffluna began with a simple observation: so many women we love have days that are fine, but 3ams that are not. The wide-awake hours. The too-warm, too-loud, too-restless nights. We went looking for something that honored the night instead of fighting it.

We found our answer in the world's most precious spice. Saffron, the golden thread, treasured for thousands of years and studied in modern randomized trials of perimenopausal and menopausal women for mood and sleep, became the heart of Saffluna PM: a warm cocoa ritual with glycine, KSM-66 ashwagandha, magnesium, and L-theanine, crafted to support restful sleep and a calm, quiet mind.

Every tub is blended with care, sweetened with monk fruit instead of sugar, and built to be the best thirty minutes of your evening. One golden scoop into warm milk or water, and the lights go low.

And we stand behind every tub with our Golden Moon Guarantee: ninety nights, every cent, no questions.
